COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Customers,

We have always been proud to serve you and the local communities in which we reside. In light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we felt the need to address any and all concerns you may have. We want to assure you that nothing is more important to us than the financial and physical health of our customers and employees. We have been closely monitoring the spread of the novel Coronavirus and early on convened an internal team to address the potential threat of the virus following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

We are sharing some of the important steps we have already executed. As we navigate these challenging times together, we encourage everyone to visit the CDC website (CDC.gov) should you have any more questions regarding the Coronavirus.

What We Have Done

We have already implemented plans designed to protect our customers and employees and to help ensure our stores remain open for the convenience of our customers and their daily needs. We have been classified as an essential business and will remain open to serve you. Most of our stores are open during normal business hours. Please click on the LOCATIONS tab to check your state and individual store hours for more details. We are taking necessary precautions in response to the COVID-19 situation. As a result, you may notice a few things have changed. We can only allow a limited number of customers in the store at a time. If our waiting area becomes too busy, we may request your mobile number and ask you to wait in your car and contact you when to come in.

We have also enhanced our already comprehensive in-store cleaning and sanitizing processes, and continued emphasis on proper personal hygiene, including more frequent hand-washing and the proper use of hand sanitizer where available. All stores have been distributed cleaning supplies which have been EPA-certified to kill the COVID-19 virus, with instructions to increase the frequency of cleaning commonly touched surfaces such as: bathrooms, touchscreens, door handles, workstations, keyboards and pin pads. In addition to that, all store employees that handle cash and other publicly exposed items were given surgical gloves as another added layer of protection.

We sent a memo out to all employees educating them about the virus with help from the Centers for Disease and Control website to educate our employees about the best ways to avoid becoming ill, what to do if they suspect they might be ill, and how to properly communicate with store and company leadership with any concerns.

We understand the vital role our stores play in communities and the value of the employees who staff and operate those stores. We also understand our customers want to know that we are taking the necessary precautions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We earn your trust one visit at a time, and if you have any concerns, please speak with the store manager or you may contact us on our toll-free Customer Care line at 1-877-386-0561.
